Shipping Policy

How Billionaires Row orders are packed, shipped and delivered. Alcohol is a licensed product, so where and how we can deliver depends on where you are — this page says what is true everywhere, and we confirm the rest with you before any payment is taken.

Temperature-controlled goods

Caviar ships temperature-controlled, so it arrives in the condition it left in. It is a perishable product and delivery timing matters more than for the rest of the collection.

Where we can ship

Alcohol may only be shipped where it is lawful to deliver it to a consumer and where we, or our fulfilment partner, hold the licence to do so. We ship only to those areas. If your address falls outside them, we tell you before any payment is taken and, where we can, point you to a stockist instead.

Caviar and water are not alcohol, and may be available to addresses that spirits cannot reach. Ask us at sales@billionairesrow.com if you are unsure.

Age verification on delivery

Every parcel containing alcohol must be received and signed for by someone of legal drinking age. The carrier may ask for photo identification. If nobody of age is available, the parcel is not left and a redelivery is arranged.

You confirm your age when you enter this site, and again when you order. We will not knowingly sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

Timings, costs and tracking

Shipping cost and an estimated delivery time are shown to you before you confirm an order, and are never added afterwards. Once an order is dispatched you receive a tracking reference by email.

Temperature-controlled orders are dispatched on days chosen so they are not left in transit over a weekend or public holiday.
