Privacy Policy

Written to describe what this site actually does, rather than what a template says.

The short version

Browsing this site creates no account and sends us nothing about you. There is no analytics or advertising script on these pages. The parts that do handle data — the cart and checkout — are described below.

Your cart stays in your browser

Items you add are stored in your own browser using localStorage, under the key br-cart-v1. That data never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

Checkout and payment

When checkout is enabled, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages — they never reach this site and we never see or store them.

We record the order itself (what was bought, quantity, price at the time, and an email address if you give one) so the order can be fulfilled and reconciled.

Others who may see your IP address

Some pages embed third-party content. Loading them means your browser contacts those companies directly, and they can see your IP address and set their own cookies under their own policies:

• YouTube (Google) — the film reel on the home page
• Streamable — the film on The Story
• Google Fonts — typefaces used site-wide
• Stripe — only when you begin checkout

Your rights

Your rights over your data depend on where you live. Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by emailing sales@billionairesrow.com. We answer within the time the law where you live requires.
